These terms do not yet name a legal entity, governing law, or venue. They describe how the product works today.

The program

The 90-Day Accelerator is a self-paced online curriculum. You start when you create an account. There are no live workshops, live sessions, or a live Demo Day. Gate 3 is a written submission you complete on your own schedule.

The free program does not take equity. Premium is a waitlist on the pricing page. It is not a product you can buy here yet, and these terms do not create a paid subscription.

Accounts

You need an account to use the dashboard, the advisor, and the gates. You are responsible for activity under your login. Do not share your password.

Advice from the product

Curriculum text, AI replies, and gate scores are educational prompts. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a promise of fundraising, customers, or revenue.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to break the law, attack the service, or submit someone else’s private information without a right to do so.
